Ulrich Schnabel has been editor of the Hamburg weekly DIE ZEIT for over 25 years. He studied physics and journalism and enjoys writing about topics on the borderline between the natural sciences and the humanities - from brain research and artificial intelligence to cosmology and religion. He has been awarded several prizes for his work, and some of his non-fiction books have become bestsellers. He is also active as a speaker, trainer and moderator.
