Jill Stover Heinze, formerly the Director of User Experience for the University of Virginia Library, is a Senior Product Researcher for digital product agency, WillowTree, as well as founder of Saddle-Stitch Marketing. At Saddle-Stitch Marketing, Jill blends and applies her deep knowledge of product marketing, libraries, and user experience principles to help libraries and library partners build meaningful connections with their users. Jill was recognized as a Library Journal Mover & Shaker for her marketing work and is author of the Charleston Briefing, Library Marketing: From Passion to Practice. Jill believes that the best marketing starts with creating the right in-person and online services. Jill resides in Charlottesville, VA USA with her husband Mike, and two children Jonas and Elissa.
