Luis Solano (1972) is the founder and publisher of Libros del Asteriode, an independent publishing house created in Barcelona in 2005. He received a degree in law in 1995 and a master's degree in business administration in 1998. He has worked in the field of strategic consulting and has more than twenty years experience in the publishing sector. He has participated on numerous occasions as a guest speaker in various courses and master's degrees in publishing. He has published almost 200 titles among which are classics of contemporary narrative and new national and international voices such as Robertson Davies, Manuel Chaves Nogales, Eduardo Halfon, William Maxwell, Wallace Stegner, Angel Wagenstein, Rachel Cusk or Pedro Mairal.
