Born in Kharkiv, Ukraine and living in Berlin, Yuriy Gurzhy is the founder of the Russendisko, Shtetl Superstars, RotFront and The Disorientalists. He recorded three albums and toured extensively with RotFront. His latest productions are "Misto 2Go - New Donbass Symphony" (2021), "Foxtroty" (2021, with Serhiy Zhadan), “Ukrainian Songs Of Love And Hate” (2022, with Irena Karpa, Grigory Semenchuk, Lyuba Yakimchuk).
